At REBIRTH FOREVER, we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible while maintaining quality control.
Processing Time (Pre-Made Items)
Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 2–4 business days after the order is placed.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Pre-Orders
Items listed as pre-orders require additional production time.
Please allow 3–4 weeks for processing before your order is shipped. Processing time begins after the order has been placed.
Once your pre-order has shipped, you will receive tracking information.
Shipping Delays
Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.
Please note that REBIRTH FOREVER is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Lost or Missing Packages
If a package is lost before it is accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, REBIRTH FOREVER will take responsibility and provide a full refund or replacement.
However, once the package has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier and the customer to work directly with the carrier regarding delivery issues.
Customers may contact the shipping carrier to open a claim if necessary.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
