When will my order ship?

Orders for in-stock items are processed within 2–4 business days after purchase. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Do you offer pre-orders?

Some items may be offered as pre-orders. Please allow 3–4 weeks for processing before shipment. Processing time begins after your order is placed.

 

 

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

 

Items must be unworn, unused, and have original tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. In most cases, approved returns will be issued as store credit.

Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible for refunds or returns. All other sales are final.

What if my package is lost?

If a package is lost before it is scanned by the shipping carrier, REBIRTH FOREVER will provide a refund or replacement.

Once a package has been scanned and accepted by the carrier, delivery issues must be resolved with the shipping carrier.
