At REBIRTH FOREVER, we take pride in the quality of our garments and the safety of our customers.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been worn, washed, or altered. This policy helps ensure that every customer receives products in brand new condition.

Returns & Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• All original tags must still be attached
• The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

If these conditions are met, customers may be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Store Credit

In most cases, approved returns will be issued as store credit that can be used toward a future purchase.

Final Sale

Items that do not meet the return requirements listed above are not eligible for refunds or returns.

All sales are otherwise final.

To request a return, please contact us through our contact page within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund or store credit.
